5. Client Responsibilities Clients engaging our Services agree to provide timely and accurate information, make decisions promptly, and pay for Services rendered in accordance with the client agreement.

6. Payments and Fees Fees for our Services will be detailed in your individual client agreement. Payments are due as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables if payments are not made on time.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronica Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of our Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding six (6) months.
